North Ferriby VS Heaton Stannington FC

The Villagers are all set for a return on home soil this Saturday following Tuesday’s FA Cup heartache defeat to Newcastle Blue Star.

Chris Bolder’s side return to the fold at the Dransfield Stadium for only their second Northern Premier League East Division home league fixture of 2024/25 as they welcome Heaton Stannington.

After seeing a two-goal lead fade midweek, Chris Bolder will be asking of a response from his depleted squad as they look to march on with their league campaign as they currently sit thirteenth in the league standings. 

Without a win thus far, the weekends opposition currently occupy twenty-second position in the league standings and will be in search of their first points of the 2024/25 campaign at Ferriby’s expense.

TEAM NEWS

In terms of selection, Chris Bolder will see Lewis Dennison out of the fold after his red card against Newcastle Blue Star, whilst both Adam Bolder and Jordan Douglas prove unavailable through personal commitments. 

Levi Tarbotton adda to the injury headache after collecting a knock in Tuesday’s FA Cup replay whilst Danny Emmerton, Danny East and Oli Donald all remain on the recovery phase. Danny Clarke and Louis Kirk are both improving but still remain a few weeks off.

Entry for this fixture is available for purchase on the gate at the Dransfield Stadium, for both home and away supporters. Entry is priced at £8 for adults and £6 for concessions whilst under 18s can gain entry for £1. The kick-off time for this game is 15.00PM.

The One Point Sports bar will be open and available for both home and away supporters for the duration of the fixture. The clubhouse will open its doors at 12.00 pm prior to the commencement of the fixture and close its doors at 7.00 pm.
